Your responsibilities:

  •   Acquire new mid-market customers (public sector, manufacturing, energy, healthcare) for our backup solutions SEP sesam and SEP CAPS.
  •   Expand existing accounts and leverage cross- and upselling opportunities.
  •   Convince decision-makers through presentations, needs analyses, and negotiations.
  •   Work closely with channel partners and represent SEP at regional events.
  •   Create forecasts and reports, and work KPI-driven toward your goals.
  •   Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Success teams.

What makes you stand out:

  •   Experience and a successful track record in B2B sales of complex IT/software solutions.
  •   Hunter mentality and passion for building new customer relationships.
  •   Ability to win over C-level decision-makers.
  •   Enthusiasm for KPI-driven work and forecast accountability.

    •   1–2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role, ideally in the software/IT environment.
